Refund policy

 **Holiday Returns Extension: 

Orders placed between 10/11/23 and 12/24/23 qualify for our extended holiday return policy. Returns on items purchased within this window will be accepted through 1/5/24. Refunds will be issued at the time your return package is scanned and labeled in transit by USPS/CanadaPost/UPS using For this reason, returns from different orders cannot be combined in one box or return shipment.

 We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@deadqueens.com. If your return is accepted, a Return Authorization number will be issued and emailed to you. Instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

An international orders cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Face Coverings/ Face Masks are non refundable. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, refunds will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days for the value of the returned products. Please note that it may take up to an additional 10 days for the refund to show up on your account statement depending on your credit issuer's processing time. Unauthorized returns will be processed as online only store credit.

We do not refund Shipping Charges. 

If the recipient refuses delivery of their order due to a customs charge, the package will be considered abandoned and disposed of by the shipping carrier and your order will not be eligible for a refund. An international order cannot be canceled once the package is in transit.
